I’m a product leader and innovation strategist who believes we have the power to create a brighter future for all through the development of meaningful products, services, experiences. With a background in human-centered strategy, design, and research, I excel at the convergence of product and innovation management to bring organizational visions to life. My experience includes spearheading digital innovation and transformation, managing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for existing offerings, and successfully launching new products and driving growth across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

As a seasoned creative and analytical thinker, I’m passionate about applying both perspectives in order to bring purposeful objects and transformative experiences into the world. I excel at advocating for consumers, creating end-to-end journey experiences, complex problem solving to deliver omni-channel solutions, and guiding the innovation process from concept to implementation. I believe that future experiences will increasingly need to include physical and digital products, experiences, and services, among other touchpoints. It is my aim to apply my expertise and passion to create future-focused product and platform solutions that exceed the needs of people today and create the organizations of tomorrow.

As a “hybrid” product and innovation leader, I often wear many hats including product manager, innovation or change manager, strategist, designer, researcher, analyst, and more. My sweet spots lie in connecting dots between customer needs, strategic objectives, and innovative ideas to create an actionable vision that can be explored and iterated upon rapidly.

Within these various roles and activities my ultimate aim is to create and deliver value, growth, and positive transformation for the companies I work with through the creation of differentiated products and meaningful experiences for people. Across my career I have played a major role in the development and commercialization of over a dozen products in the industrial, healthcare /medical, mobility, consumer goods and electronics, commercial fire and safety, and furniture markets, several of which were recognized as iF Design & Red Dot Design award winners.

When I’m not envisioning and bringing to life product innovations, you can find me listening to a podcast, on the hunt for the best cup of coffee, exploring West Michigan with my husband Justin and our dog Burreaux, or building my next great idea, whether that be a new addition to our house remodel or a new business venture.
